NextWeb Pty Ltd (“NextWeb”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides NextWeb OS, an all-in-one business operating system including CRM, AI automation, invoicing, SEO, payroll, and related modules (“Platform” or “Services”).

Data you or your team enter into modules such as CRM (contact and deal records), invoicing (client and payment details), payroll (employee pay, superannuation, and tax information), and automation workflows, along with content submitted to AI-powered features.

c) Usage, device, and technical information

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, click and feature-usage data, and cookies collected automatically to help us understand and improve how the Platform is used.

d) Information from third parties

Where relevant, we may receive information from payment processors, identity-verification services, or integration partners you choose to connect to your account.

• Set up and manage your account and subscription

Any overseas service providers we engage are contractually required to protect your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Data stored exclusively in Australian data centres (Sydney and Melbourne)
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit
• Secure access controls and authentication

5. Cookies

Our website and Platform use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.
